Hotel was very good except it smelled like smoke

We would come back if we are ever in the area again. Very comfortable room.

Most everything was updated at some point, except the window shade and shower enclosure which showed some wear. But even those items were fine, functional and just cosmetic. Everything else was like new, and the staff were quite pleasant and helpful. Definitely better than the majority of hotels that we stay at in this price range. We’d come back here without hesitation if we get back in this area again. Great value for the money.

Excellent room, bed and pillows. Easy walk or drive to plenty of local restaurants.

The front staff was the only reason we stayed the night. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom and killed two cockroaches. The breakfast was bad. The muffins and bagels were stale. The coffee was bitter, and the pancake maker was broken.

My room was clean and the staff was very friendly

My room was never serviced by a maid over a 3 night stay. Even after the front desk was informed. I even asked the maid on my floor to at least give me fresh towels…they were dropped outside my door. And I left my room every morning by 9 and returned after 5…so it was available for servicing. Very disappointing.

Room was very dirty!! Sheets, shower curtain, carpet, etc. were all very dirty/need replaced. Bathroom sink and tub were clogged. Breakfast seating is filthy! Will NOT stay at this hotel again! Staff were friendly. Only positive note on this hotel stay.

I come out every year for the big slingshot tournament and my stay at the Holiday Inn is always great.

The room smelled of wet. Would not go back. Staff was excellent.

The rooms were quiet, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

Blinds were off the window so when it was time to sleep we had to move rooms. We were here with family with rooms next door to each other and now we had to move to a whole new floor apart from each other.

I reserved a 2-Queen room. When I arrived, they told me they don’t have any 2-Queen rooms. What use is there in reserving something specific? Very disappointing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and always ample amount of food. Room was small but nice. We would stay there again.

when in Mount Pleasant-Scottdale are I stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast was great.

Overall everything was good. It’s nice to have breakfast every morning.
