The hotel smelled bad, customer service wasn’t great. Hotel room was filthy, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been clean in months. Hair in the bathtub, sink and bed. Candy wrappers on the floor by the bed. The hot-tub and pool were filthy. someone called my room in the middle of the night got a call from someone saying they were going to come to my room and kick my a**. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel room was very comfortable, the pool was lovely and the breakfast was very very good. The staff was also very friendly.

It was an ok hotel to stay with family. The hotel shows signs of wear and tear.

We were pleasantly surprised by the staff who were friendly and knowledgeable about the area and by the room which was clean and roomy and comfortable and by the breakfast which was one of the best I hae experienced.

The level of consideration and service for guests was extremely high. The breakfast was quite good, and the staff were efficient and friendly. Far better than hoped for from a holiday inn express in a somewhat remote place!!
