Would not stay again even for free although restaurant next door was excellent

Everything was clean. Felt safe. The room had a weird smell. Maybe from the cleaners that were used. It was strong. Back parking lot was a bit in need of repair. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again

Wonderful greeting at the front desk. Clean and friendly housekeeping staff.

Requested mobility assistance room. Had to explain to the clerk what was needed. Room was at the end of a very long hallway. No handicap parking near mobility assist room.

It was okay. Old and a bit run down. Weird musty smell... the whole place was dark and dreary.

Smelled like must and Marijuana. There were mite bugs on outside table and hair in tub. Location perfect for concert at PNC Arts Center and the hotel recommended a driver who was awesome 👌

Rooms were nice

Bed and pillows stink. The room strong odor of marijuana. The bathroom has moisture stains and smells like used toilet. The heater did not work. The carpet has stains all over the place. I paid almost $200 for one night and it look and feel like homeless shelter.
