Loose tub grab bar slick tub drain not covered faucet loose mold bottom outside of tub mold back of sink uncovered exhauat fan in bath no black out shade hvac cord plug no cover plate rude manager.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

Check in was good. My stay was short, basically just slept and showered here then left very early, but the room was comfortable and adequate for my short stay.

The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

We received excellent, expedient service and with great care from Laura. We appreciate the care and consideration especially as she made certain accommodations met the needs especially for my parents. Thank you!

There a lot of black birds outside that made a mess everywhere including the vehicles

Rude mangers. Regular staff was wonderful. Yelling about firing someone for wanting a day off in the lobby isn't the best way to keep guests.

Our room was was clean but the bathroom door was broken. Bad smell when you walked in and front desk was not very friendly.

Nice hotel, no problems

The pool was ok. Hot tub was not hot. The rooms and staff were great. Made an easy stop on our way to Colorado! Highly recommend the Big Texas right next door.

Everything was good, and quiet

Everything from check in to check out was absolutely amazing. We did have an issue in the middle of the night with our room ac unit, but everything else was perfect for my family and I.

Breakfast the eggs were burnt and hard was not as pleased with the breakfast! Was not told when breakfast was at time of check in! Other than that no complaints

Horrible experience not given room asked for

For older travelers your bed was about 6 inches to high. We are not as nimble as we used to be and if short would not have been able to get on bed without help. A nonslip mat in bathtub would be a bonus too hand rails on inside wall of bathtub would be nice also

The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was delayed for a bit, but was delicious when served. Great stay!
