Great stay as always

Some of the employers didn't no how to work the computer on the check in and out cause they were double charging customers .Dont no if they were having trouble with the system or they might need a little more training but other than that it was a nice stay

Told me bcz i book Expedia I wouldn't be getting any points. I didn't ask! Pancake machine was broken with no out of order sign. Booked 3 rooms bcz of children, rooms were on different floors. No cinnamon rolls

When we got to the room, there was a terrible moldy smell and a strong chemial smell that was worse in the bathroom. I called to see if we could switch rooms. Was told that wasnt possible but that housekeeping would come clean the bathroom again while we were out. That didn't happen. The smell got better if we closed the bathroom door so we decided to stay. I told the front desk again the next morning. The lady didn't really seem to care. I was so grossed out my the bathroom that I was in a rush to leave, so i didnt press the issue. I will not be back.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The furnishings in the room were ok, would have preferred a chair and ottoman in place,of chaise. Overall, we found the hotel to be “aging”.

It is close to the interstate with access to gas stations and food close by. Parking lot at night was a little "interesting" but no trouble in the room and it was well cleaned and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff were great and welcoming. Overall clean but could be a little better. The entrance was somewhat confusing but plenty of parking, convenient location, and felt safe.

The stay was nice, the beds were comfortable. There was trash still by one of my beds. Other than that it was a peaceful stay.

It was easy to check in and once in the room it was clean and quiet.

We had a 3 pm check in time, rooms were not ready, told we would receive a call when rooms ready, no call ever came, had to call 3 hrs later to check and then informed room ready Went o shower- NO soap in provided containers, room for 3 people with 2 towels
