Excellent

HVAC would not stay as set. Fan and temperature settings kept resetting after a couple hours. Would wake up sweating and have to get up and adjust the thermostat. The door was sprung and would not seal. The large gaps allowed me to hear everything from the hallway. Had to try to sleep with noice canceling headphones, a white noise machine, and a pillow over my head.

Stayed here multiple times. Always clean and friendly. Only complaint would be breakfast- always sausage, never bacon and juice machine was out of order but "could buy juice for $3". Kiddos of course were disappointed.

Very clean and comfy room, easy check in and out. Well designed with a small coffee/fridge/microwave. Looked recently updated. Would recommend.

It was terrible. I had booked a two queen bed nonsmoking room. Got there didn’t have it only a king. The room keys in the entire hotel were not working. The rooms would have pt be left propped open or you couldn’t re-enter. We asked for our money back and Wendy and Malikhai said they would take care of getting it refunded back to my account.

Hotel desk clerk was friendly and suggested to sign up for points that would extend check out ‘til 2p.m. And the points start immediately after signing up and I said yes cause I’m winning, just checked from a 12 hr. trip for my great aunt home going celebration and to make the stay even better the hotel accommodate DOVE products in pumps… you will be clean & fresh…

All staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

A nice and peaceful place to stay.

Roim was clean and comfortable. My 8 year old lived the breakfast. The staff were nice. If we needed anything "ie" fresh towles, toilet paper, trash bags, anything all we had to do was ask. It was a very pleasant place to stay.

Great breakfast and good coffee

I work up with bug bites on my arm that I did not have the night before but I couldn’t find any evidence of what caused the bites. Over than that, it was a good stay. Breakfast offered good options in a clean environment.

THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WITH THIS PROPERTY WAS THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING AND I WAS ON FLOOR NUMBER 3!!!!
