Everything was great!

Great customer service with a very late check in.

Needed a place to rest it was convenient to I75 close to restaurant's and the Pool was nice.

Customer service wasn’t good

Booked a king bed room and when we arrived 60 minutes later there were no king rooms. It was explained that rooms are first come, first served, and that i should have called to confirm availability before booking through a 3rd party. We were given a double queen room.

The staff members were very nice and helpful. Even the ones who worked for the restaurant were pleasant. The location of this hotel is perfect due to the businesses and restaurants right beside it, as well as the proximity to the interstate. My only issue was that we did not have any hot water. It was barely lukewarm. That’s my only complaint.

Customer service was great. The room was clean and had all amenities. The bed was comfortable and pillows were in good shape.

I have stayed at this property many times since 2023, and unfortunately things have been declining. during my previous visit the power was out during the night, the door handles were broken, not enough towels in the room, and many more issues, but I still came back this month and stayed again. this time the room did not have hot water, the comforter had holes everywhere, towels were dirty, the room smelled like cigarettes even though is a none smoking facility. I spoke to front desk regarding the water, yet it was never fixed. on my check out day I happened to have a small emergency with my flight, so I requested an extra hour for delayed, but front desk was quit to tell me no even after all the issues that no one helped with, yet I wasn't offered help or any type of solution in return. this is extremely disappointing to say the least as the property sits in an extremely convenient area, but the standard of the hotel is definitely falling apart.

Excellent service

We booked 3 rooms at this property and 2 out of the 3 rooms refrigerators didn’t work. There was no hot water for the showers and the rooms had an odor

We had a nice stay! Hotel employees were friendly and helpful.

This property needs proper renovations and not just little enhancements & makeovers. Hot water in shower was nonexistent during the day but strong at 2am.

The clerk was unprofessional in appearance and the room smelled really bad.

Very peaceful and feels like home.

The staff was friendly.

Def a lot of weed being smoked here but the hotel staff was so sweet and the room was spacious and clean.
