Took a Trip to New Glarus and ended up staying here. Perfect location just outside of Madison. Good bar and grille and food spots close. Walkable businesses nearby.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the area. The beds are comfy. They are pet friendly. My only issue was with the front desk staff. Bad attitude and acted like I was bothering her when I was checking in. It wasn’t how I expected to be greeted.

Clean, comfortable room

No one was available when we arrived & had to call for room keys. One of our 2 rooms was filled with cigarette smoke. Then had to call again for help. Got a room on another floor with no sheets on 2nd bed & no sheets in the room to make a bed. Had to call a 3rd time for help & got a 3rd room on a different floor. No sheets in this room either. Had to call a 4th time and were given sheets to make the bed ourselves. No one was at the front desk the entire time so that is why calling for help each time.

Friendly staff and quiet place

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and hardworking. The beds were comfortable as well!

The lady at the desk in the afternoon/evening was not friendly at all. The 4th floor of the building stunk terribly.

Excellent stay. Kenny provided excellent assistance with my reservations and room arrangements. The other staff I interacted with provided great service.

It’s clean and convenient. Staff was friendly. Room was decent and bed was comfortable but the pillows were so tiny! It’s like half the size of a standard pillow size. Wish breakfast had a better offering, very basic. Overall, it was good but nothing memorable. May consider staying again if in area and price is reasonable.

Kitchenette was a pleasant surprise, and we got a large space for the price we paid for. The only things I didn’t like was not knowing it was pet friendly in the rooms since I have allergies. I also couldn’t get the room to stay a consistent temperature with auto temp control on the wall thermostat. It would get hot before the air kicked in, and the air was super cold, then it would shut off and the process would repeat itself.
