Sofa in my room and my colleagues room were the dirtiest we have seen in our travel

Need more variety for breakfast no bacon and only two fruits and eggs were not hot. But everything else was good

We had a great stay at this property from the time we checked in till checkout. We had a late check in and the person who checked us in was funny, pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and well stocked. Vincent was excellent and pleasant on both mornings we had breakfast. The hotel contacted us after we left and let us know they found a bracelet. Very much appreciated. Waqar went above and beyond along with housekeeping to ensure we knew they found the item. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. Staff goes above and beyond to be helpful.

Was happy with the room and size. Only complaint is that the one chair beside the couch had stains on it. Other than that the room and hotel seamed clean. Also, when I went to use the phone to call receptionist it wouldn’t work. Found out that it wasn’t even plugged in. Staff were polite and helpful.

Booked room and came to the hotel with my wife and 2 month old daughter. No notice of any issues prior to arrival. Arrived 7 hours after check in. Room that was assigned to us was occupied by another guest. We were told that the hotel was short staffed. Other guests were waiting for 1 hour at 11pm. Unacceptable. The manager Carlos did his best to remedy the situation with snacks but we were scheduled to stay for 3 days and had to turn around, drive home and make last minute alternate arrangements for the rest of the week. Not at all ideal, particularly with a 2 month old infant.

The room was not ready when we arrived (3PM). The soap used to wash towels and bed sheets is very harsh and has a strong chemical odor. The AC unit did not work well on AUTO. Hair was found on the living room table. Towels were as soft as sandpaper.

Evening clerk both nights was Fun-tastic!!!! She didn’t call us. Idiots when we lost our keys in the room twice and couldn’t figure out how to fix the icemaker in our fridge.. She solved all her problems and made a stressful couple days a lot smoother

The hotel was nice The people who were partying on the patio (public space) left all of their pizza boxes and empties all over. Cleaning staff don’t come in until morning (7?) and no one working evening shift took it

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Minor repairs would be an improvement.

Bedrooms were very clean. The only thing to complain about was that outside patio area was not cleaned in a timely manner when we people left all their plates and glasses outside from the night before. I can’t say enough about the staff. Always so helpful and friendly.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not great compared to other properties we have stayed at. Cereal was stale, no options for milk, yogurt, or muffins. Room was spacious and bed was very comfy. Location of TV in the room was not ideal. Otherwise it suited our purpose for our stay.

The rooms were awesome full fridge with ice maker, microwave & stocked kitchen! Staff was readily available & super helpful! Patio is nice added feature to enjoy!

Great place

Great room for the price. Helpful staff and breakfast was good. Room was clean quiet and comfortable. If I was going to be critical the couch in the room is dirty but otherwise everything else was great.

The staff were really amazing and we had brought our dog with us and they even gave her a treat when we checked in. Across the board great staff and greeted by any of them when came in contact. 2 bedroom suite is fantastic for family and we really enjoyed our stay.

All in all a satisfying stay. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Could have used a garbage can in the main room. Water pressure in the shower could be stronger.

The reason I booked this hotel was because it had a pool. The pool was closed for maintenance the night of our stay. The front desk clerk was amazing! She really did her job well. The bed was not overly comfortable and the pillows were not comfortable at all. There was no bedside clock. The breakfast was great. The young man working in the breakfast lounge was great! Very helpful and friendly. Lots of parking.
