The hotel is nice , our terrace faced the ocean and was quite large. Restaurants, shops, and he beach are nearby and walkable . Parking was right around the corner .

Excellent location, right in front of the beach a beautiful view. Close to everything, even though Biarritz downtown is a small. Gallerias Lafayette is next door:)

Great location. Big rooms. Be sure to request a shower. Tub/shower combo is difficult to manoeuvre.

A great hotel in the centre of the town, close to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Room was really nice, with a decent living area separate from the bedroom. Breakfast and dinner options were great, albeit a little expensive. €19 for breakfast and dinner with starters and mains around €25, so not cheap, but very tasty and memorable. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful location and view and hotel staff were excellent. Small boutique hotel that provides everything a large hotel would.

Check in was very easy. The staff is lovely and polite. I am a bit rusty on my French but they were very gracious about it.

Had a great couple of relaxing days in Biarritz- great food, lovely beaches. Staff at the hotel were great & within an afternoon remembered our room number. We only ate dinner but the octopus for me was lovely & my husband loved his steak.

Hotel is nice with great views (if you have front room facing the sea as we had). If arriving by car, you can not drive to hotel. you have to park in very tight and deep underground parking with two flights of stairs to carry luggage (after the elevator!). Location is very good in the center of the city.

Although the weather was mixed the hotel location was perfect to explore this unusual corner of France. The room had gorgeous sea views and a large balcony. The shower was fantastic and the lighting and other touches like a basque pastry were very enjoyable. Would stay again when we return to Biarritz!

Just brilliant. Nancy in particular was an absolute star and a highlight of the visit. Ate at the restaurant and visited the bar which were both great Very central so everything is walkable Would recommend and stay again

This boutique hotel is a gem!!. The rooms were beautiful and loved our ocean view. The restaurant and bar had great service and food. Staff at hotel very friendly. Maude at the front desk was so sweet and helped with dinner reservations and other things to make our trip memorable. We hope to return in the future.
