It was our first stay in Sofia, and we couldn't have picked a better hotel.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Sofia. Great breakfast, spotless when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness, walking distance to NDK and a stone throw to Vitoshka street and last but not least- very safe neighbourhood. Beds are confi so are the pillows.

We were very pleased with the art plaza hotel. They must be a 5 star hotel. Everything is excellent. Location, facility, guest service, breakfast and All. We will be back next trip.

The property is nice and check in was very smooth and the lady helped us with all the details and suggested very good local options for food. Break fast was fantastic and room was great.The check out experience was not great. The person in charge asked us whether we had anything from minibar and we said "No". He stopped us going to catch our flight to airport till some one checked our room and confirmed back that we indeed did not eat anything from mini bar. Really felt offended on this from the staff behaviour.

Perfect for what we needed and for what we paid! Room was a good size, shower was lovely and hot! Breakfast was spot on and plentiful! Close to Vitosha Street and walkable for all sights! Note: Visit Vitosha Mountain if you can - Take the metro to Vitosha and then catch the 66 Bus to the very end, beautiful view of the city!

Great location, wonderful staff.

Excellent location if you like walking and exploring the city. A few blocks from Lidl supermarket. Many restaurants and stores nearby. We found a cafeteria near Lidl supermarket and you will see the big Cathedral if you keep walking on the street where Lidl is located. Reasonable price with free breakfast. Breakfast is good. AC is too loud, I turned it off at night and opened the window for a nice cool breeze.
