I found 2 Advil gel capsules on the floor of our room within 5 minutes of settling in which I’m assuming we’re from the previous person who had stayed or house keeping which wouldn’t be a big deal accept my 1 year old daughter got one in her mouth… thankfully an adult noticed she had something and we were able to remove it before she choked or swallowed the medication.
The hotel staff at the front desk weren’t very helpful with the grab and go restaurant side. We kept getting told different things by staff from the casino and the front desk sending us all over to get food to our room because we weren’t allowed to go in the restaurant with a minor. So our group of 6 ate in our hotel room. We were never told where to find a map to the building or provided the wifi/ any information that most hotels provide. We were given a key card and pointed to the hall our rooms were down. For the price you pay to stay at a higher class place I figured staff would be more friendly, and make the experience a good one for example (give pool hours, talk about the amenities, let people know at check in you have no restaurant for minors) instead we were given a run around when asked questions and they never did they get back to us with answers. I rented 2 rooms here for this stay, one for myself and the other for my family and I expressed this was the best rated hotel in the area I’m not pleased with the customer service provided for this stay. And do not know if I will come back again.
