⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars — and that’s being generous) If I could give zero stars, I would. I checked into La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Temecula and was immediately met with a nightmare. The room was unlocked when I arrived — a major safety issue. Inside, it was filthy, smelled bad, and unbearably hot — the AC wasn’t working and it felt like 90+ degrees. On top of that, a dog barked nonstop in the room next door, and no one did anything. The front desk experience was just as bad. The woman working was rude and dismissive. She threw my keys at me, didn’t offer a pen, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. When I asked to switch rooms, she insisted I go back upstairs, pack, and return before she’d issue another key — because it was “against policy” to give two. Ridiculous. I told her the experience was unacceptable, and she just shrugged it off. I left and checked into a different hotel — only to have them deny my refund, even though I never stayed the night. This place has no standards for cleanliness, safety, or customer service. Management clearly doesn’t care. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in Temecula — do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Hotel was nice. The area surrounding was okay, parking seemed kind of tight and confusing. It is hidden behind a mall type place. The breakfast was alright. Limited options but okay overall. My problem was the toilet as the hotel seemed to have limited pressure and eventually did not flush at all.

Quiet, comfortable and breakfast provided. Vending machine was out of order for at least 3 days.

Staff was fantastic. Rooms were clean. Only thing was the elevators were bery small, maybe 4 people at once.

The bathtub was dirty - the downstair room where my brother stayed was horrible Cereal was stale

Our room was dirty and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I emailed the general manager and have yet to hear back.

The bedroom and especialli the bathroom really needs more light - the CFL's are pitiful - get LED's!

Convenient location, close to freeway and old town Temecula but the AC unit was loud. Made it hard to sleep in.

It’s not good when you pay for a room and before you even get there they tell you they are only offering half service. What am I paying for?

I was unsatisfied with the hotel stay because there was a lot of noise in my surroundings. The room was located on the first floor.

It’s a great choice for family travel.

The bathtub had mold around the faucets

it was a great experience and the room was clean along with the rest of the hotel! We only were there to sleep pretty much, but it was quiet and we had everything we needed.

Staff is super friendly. Big and clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to great restaurants. Family-friendly!

Great place to stay…very comfortable and very relaxing. The bed was so soft and, wow, I fell asleep so fast because the bed was incredibly warm and cozy. The bathroom was very room also.
