Enjoyed my stay

It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t awesome either. Have your physical credit card with you or you’ll have a hard time at check in… I only had mine as tap/Apple pay and they almost didn’t want to authorize the check in… took about 10 minutes to convince them, even if everything had been paid in advance! The room was ok, everything was clean, but the shower curtain was all ripped off at the top and the shower head broke as we tried to adjust it. We found ourselves lucky we were only staying there for one night!

L’emplacement et la tranquillité était bien mais la chambre j’étais déçu drap et rideaux de douche abîmé, pommeau de douche fonctionne mal. Télécommande de télévision défectueuse ont du faire 3 tentative pour que nous ayons accès à la télévision. On mentionne tous à la réception qui nous offre même pas un rabais pour les inconvénients . tél

Seulement du café décaféiné dans la chambre et toutes les machines étaient non fonctionnel au GYM

Chambre pas très propre , couette de lit installé à lenvers.... Endroit vraiment pas calme ,enfant qui court, cri et frappe partout Pommeau de douche qui fuit terriblement Pour le prix pour 2 nuits je recommande aucunement

Great service!

The Hotel was ok. Expedia booked two rooms instead of the one room that I was confirmed a reservation number for. There was never a second reservation number associated with the second room that was mysteriously booked onto my credit card. So between Expedia and the Grand Times Holel, no one wanted to reimburse the second room. My credit card is presently taking care of the issue.
