Every year, I visit relatives in Quebec City and always stay at the Grand Times in Charlesbourg. Location is closed to shopping mail, awesome restaurants and 10 minute drive to Old Quebec and walk path along the St-Lawrence River.

Tres bon service. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité des lieux, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable et reposant. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.

Everything was perfect. Room was clean and very nice. Only thing I found was the wifi to be very slow. You better have a good data plan, will be much faster.

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Un bris est toujours imprévisible je l admet. La télévision ne fonçait pas lors de notre dernier séjour avant lui. Coïncidence ou habitude?

L'air est poussiéreux dû au tapis de sol dans les couloirs et chambres.

Unusual breakfast

Ça fait plusieurs fois que je vais au Grand Times hotel alors ça en dit long puisqu'il y a quand même plusieurs option d'hébergement à Québec. J'aime la proximité aux Galeries de la Capitale et aux autoroutes qui rendent le déplacement facile. C'est un espace absolument silencieux la nuit.

I ask for a room at the end of the hall. No one read my note

Room was good, but there were some shady spots on the carpet. A bit more room cleaning would be welcomed. Else the view, the staff and the breakfast are very good.
