Very accommodating.

Very nice stay. Clean, nice staff. Cooked breakfast. Only negative is no restaurants nearby.

I felt that the room we had could have more lighting options like a floor lamp. It only had a bullet style lamp on the desk and the twin lights above the bedside table between the two beds.

The fromt desk fail to disclose the deposit hold during check in. All of the staff should work on their customer service akills and training.

Happy I came across this hotel on my search. The room was very clean and offered shampoo, conditioner, face soap, etc. it had a fridge which was great to keep milk for my daughter without having to keep getting ice for a cooler. The bedding was comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were available if needed. Highly recommend for any trip.

The room was ok. The bed was TERRIBLE! We had multiple rooms and all beds were terrible. The hot tub was also closed.

Easy access to the freeway, very clean. Joshua was amazing during check in.

Breakfast server should serve food until time is over. Not leave scraps at the end, even when guests showed up at 930. Breakfast serves at 5 to 10am.

Just wish the pool opened earlier in the morning

It was very quiet and comfortable. We got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was very good. It was easy to park and we felt safe and comfortable that our car would be safe while we were sleeping. The hot tub was nice and hot. Just Wish. It opened earlier seven 8 AM maybe adult only Would be nice. 9 o’clock is really quite late to open. We missed down on it two days because it was not open earlier.

Elevator was broken. Got stuck in it and thankfully someone opened it from the outside. Unfortunately had to use the stairs for most of the trip.

Whenever I mean the area of Contra Costa County I stay at the Hampton Inn and it’s very consistent and his clean is friendliness and comfort. Excellent job by the staff.

Good service and very clean place love it definitely will be back soon
