Breakfast was ok. The bacon was terrible and left sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. More like leather which was a pity as the quality of the rasher was very good. A strange one also was the poor quality of the toilet paper. Very cheap

The hotel is clean well managed with excellent help and excellent access to the city.

Nice large room and very comfortable bed. But the carpets were disgusting with permanent stains in several areas, including specially by the wardrobes, bathroom door and by the bedside unit

Room is ok but after a long drive i was given a wrong room as the one i booked is not availble anymore. I couldnt sleep as a can hear all the rain fall in room 241. Check in late and woke up early so tired for work,

Arrived on Sunday Evening at 4.10 pm and there was a huge queue for check in . Eventually got to the top of the queue and started the check in process . However the room was not ready at 4.40 pm . Check in is 3 o clock . I was told to wait and that I was now being prioritised and that the room would be ready with the next 30 minutes and to expect a call . After 30m I went back up to reception and still no room . Eventually a manager I presume gave us keys to the Tower section of the hotel and I was told it was an upgrade . No explanation or apology was given rather I was simply told that it was busy . Several other people in the queue had similar experiences. The room itself was good except for the net curtains need replacing as they had a huge hole in it and was discoloured . Pool and sauna was adequate while the gym is excellent. Breakfast was hot and good quality , plates were small and need to be sized up . Fresh fruit and meats were plentiful however sourcing a bowl or place was difficult. Hotel is central and shopping centre beside it . Free parking was a nice touch and the staff in the restaurants and bars were friendly.

Room very spacious and clean. Beds firm and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful but not overly attentive in the S Bar & Bistro. That said food was good with decent portions.

Received an upgrade staff were excellent . Breakfast was perfect .spotless hotel .

Great stay at the Sheraton. Lovely pool. Will be back!
