staff is nice

The pictures were much better than the reality. The lobby and breakfast area were fine but the room was pretty shabby. The blinds wouldn’t close, the bed was uncomfortable, overall just dated and tired. The hotel is in an industrial area so weird vibe and no services nearby.

Great basic motel to start off vacation. Breakfast buffet was very complete. No refrig or microwave in room, but they held our meds for us! Very nice.

We made our reservation four months in advance for a room and when we arrived they put us in an area under renovation that we couldn’t park the car and they were making the work on a Sunday at 8am!!! Impossible to sleep! Also, they put us in a room for only 2 people and they left reception at 6pm, so we couldn’t get extra towels and bed sheets! In was a very bad experience in the overall…wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back ever!!!

Suited our needs. More like a motel than a hotel - but the rooms are nice, the shower hot and the parking easy. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast .

What a treat to have a motel in Europe, where you can drive right up to your room and not have to worry about finding or paying parking. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Had a 2 night stay in this US style motel. Check in was fine and you can park right up to your front door. Had an end room which was very basic and in desperate need of updating. Cloth chairs were black on the arms due to age and use and curtains needed washing. Bathroom was ok and shower was fine. Breakfast in reception area was very good with both hot and cold options and replenished regularly. Main issue we had was the fact that the room was so hot during the night. Front door was propped open until dark but still stifling hot. Only ventilation is via windows which can’t be left open as ground floor rooms As mentioned in other reviews, the walls are very thin and noise could be an issue depending on who’s either next to you or behind. If you’re looking for a 1 night budget stay with a great breakfast then this hotel is for you. However, I think I’d rather pay slightly more for a few creature comforts and a more updated room.

Good value B&B in Helsingør

Incredible Service! A man with an amazing moustache went above and beyond in looking after us to the utmost for which we are truly grateful! Breakfast was utterly delicious with a wide range of different options. All very delicious! Rooms clean, tidy and comfortable beds but basic. An absolute bargain! Very easy to get bus into town - look at Google maps

Customer service was top notch, very friendly and helpful. Room quality is excellent for the price. A little tricky as a light sleeper, since cars moving around on the gravel can be noisy.

It is motel. Not fancy but very comfortable. Breakfast very good. Service was great. I would recommend it.

The property is in good condition and has free parking by the rooms. Helsingør is a few km away, where there are numerous restaurants and nice scenery. The staff was very helpful and provided a list of dining options with their addresses. The breakfast in the hotel was very good. One drawback is that there is no air conditioning, so it could be warm in the room.

It was VERY convenient location and very quiet; personal parking space right outside your room; you would be hard pressed to beat their incredible breakfasts...
