The staff were very friendly

No lift, rooms were smaller and generally property needs an upgrade but the location and vibe is great

The property is good for people who want to party all night and not for a relaxing holiday

Hotel in itself wasn't too bad. Surrounding property is very dirty, rubbish everywhere, and I wouldn't want to swim in the ocean. Plenty other beautiful beaches in Fiji worth visiting over Wailoaloa.

The family suite was very big and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

For a top end backpackers, the smugglers cove resort is excellent value in terms of a cheap safe place to stay during transferring to other party's of the island. The resort is very clean and tidy, felt safe for my kids to run and play by themselves. Pool is very handy on those hot humid days. The restaurant is mighty pricey for the food you get, however the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, fun and always happy. The family room is very spacious, .myself and four children were very comfortable, conveniently we had a kitchen to cook our own meals, washer and dryer which where a life saver in extra cost. Close to the town center for shopping trips and close to the airport for outbound travel.

I like to stay in this area. Beach is good and it is central.

Smuggler’s has incredibly friendly and welcoming safe always ready to help! It really is a place to just relax, if you want to go do excursions you’d need transportation but they help with all of that. I def recommend! Vinaka!

Small rooms

Staff were super lovely and friendly however I stayed in the female dorms and, while I didn’t mind, the male staff would often come into the room unannounced which could be quite shocking and somewhat nulls the female only experience in the dorm.

Good, Wailoaloa is the spot

We stayed here for one night between each of our trips to the islands. Even though it was low season, this place was always lively. Reasonably priced restaurant and bar, and also plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as a good supermarket. We particularly liked the self service washer and dryer so we could do our laundry between island trips.

it is alright, i stayed in one of the dorms, they are very crowded. But you are getting what you are paying for.

Just a beautiful place…great service… night view is great… love the place…
