You get what you pay for - cheapest hotel available. We booked a family room for 2 nights. The room was spacious and cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Staff were incredibly friendly and available for any questions. The hotel is very dated however we can’t fault much due to the price. Breakfast was surprisingly good. If you intend on parking- the entrance to the car park is full of potholes, so be wary if you are driving anything other than a monster truck. You’ll likely want to leave your car sitting until you leave as we were worried about potential damage to vehicles. Overall good stay and would come again if needed somewhere cheap and clean.

Compared to a typical hotel, Langham Hotel is a very dated. It is considerably much more economical compared to other hotel in the area. But be mindful that the room has many things that supposed to be functional but they are not. The room is clean but washroom is very dated, for example the washroom tap wobbles and they are not tightened to the sink; the shower adjustment of hot / cold water doesn't function well. Parking at the rear which you have to drive though a very narrow back ally with uneven potholes. The parking can fit 16 cars, but 4 of them will block other cars from entering and exiting the parking so if they have a full house, you may have to move the car when other tenant leave the hotel. Although everything is dated, amenity may not function well, the breakfast has all the essentials

Solo travellers for work with Van. Easy fast check in. Secure locked carpark with quite a few spaces. Cooked breakfast included. Decent WiFi and tv with few channels. Yes it’s a little dated but rather pay less and stay here, otherwise pay double and stay at a larger chain hotel with no breakfast included. Bonus was the shower was a decent pressure and nice and hot with good towels and toiletries.

Had to stay over Christmas due to an emergency. For the price it was excellent. Room was clean & warm. Sheets were fresh & crisp and the bathroom fine. The breakfast was hot and tasty and more than enough. The owners were very very pleasant and helpful. Parking was 10 yards from my room. Couldn’t really fault it and great value.

Great service, great price you can't ask for more if your looking for a cheap stay in Northampton with brilliant service and a breakfast included you can't ask for more than what they have here. Rooms are great quality for the price, really homey vibes.
