Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excelent. The room was not very well phonically isolated and some noises woke us up in the morning. The bed was not the most comfortable either. Overall though we liked it because of staff friendliness, location and a good price.

Loved my stay at the Castle Inn. It’s in a great location walkable to Old Town shops and restaurants, yet very quiet for being in the heart of a popular tourist area. Easy access to public transit. Staff were very friendly and helpful and you could tell had a passion for what they do - great hospitality!

The front desk staff were amazing—very friendly, professional, and helpful—and the room itself was very clean. The location is also excellent and convenient for getting around. However, I can’t say I really enjoyed my stay overall. The room’s design tries very hard to be “unique,” but it sacrifices practicality and doesn’t make much logical sense. This all made for a rather uncomfortable stay. For example, there were three chairs (two hard wooden "antique" chairs that needed padding and a pleather loveseat that just faced into the room) but nowhere convenient to put our luggage. There was also a vanity, but none of the chairs were the right height or style to use with it comfortably. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. So they sacrificed substance for style but the “artsy” elements felt a bit slapdash and cheap rather than thoughtfully designed. Overall, it just didn’t feel very well thought out from a guest’s perspective. I think it could have been amazing, but then it probably would have been out of my price range.

Perfect location for anyone planning on visiting Old Town. An incredibly friendly, clean hotel (get the breakfast!) with a knowledgeable staff. Thanks to the location it’s easy to walk to many attractions or to join tours to others. Absolutely recommend; I’ll stay here again if I ever return to Warsaw.

Friendly, helpful staff. Gave good recommendations for tours and restaurants. Many steps but staff carried baggage up to room. Wonderful breakfast for about $12, definitely worth it!

Superb location and great value. No elevator, though, and there are a few rooms basically right in the lobby/reception. I didn’t get one of those rooms, but am pretty sure my rating would be much different if I had.
