On a hot summers day, there needs to be good fan systems to keep the rooms cool. Open windows don't help if they're is no breeze coming in. The room was retro style, bathroom had much grime there, and should be cleaned better. Breakfast was good. Filling, and nice bread. Spa was also nice, with option to swim in the seas too. But it is in need for a refurb, and modernisation. Gym has good equipment, so could be an ideal team training venue.

This is one of the six hotels we stayed at booking through hotel.com. This is the only one that we gave a poor rating to The front desk staff was very good and in general spoke strong English The restaurant staff was another story. The person assigned to wait on us could not really speak English. When it came to dessert, there was a dessert in the counter outside of the restaurant that I assumed worked together with they didn’t I couldn’t get that dessert while in the restaurant The room was not clean. Didn’t temper the floor had been swept at all. The shower curtain in the bathtub was about 4 inches. Too long. The bathroom did not feel clean. They had two indoor pools, but we chose not to use them concerned about cleanliness

It's worth choosing a superior room with aircon when its a hot day. Room was very clean, but we had to ask for towels and coffee (there were none). Spa is very small but the surroundings are great. Vegan options still in a seperate table at breakfast (would be better to put them with other foods). Restaurant a la carte had good pizzas, also vegan.

Peaceful & relaxing

A relaxed mini-vacation to this seaside establishment, the routines and professionalism of which are on a solid ground, as my wife and your's truly found out already at a previous stay. The forthcoming reception service assured us easy parking and a spacious, very comfortable room directly at our quite early arrival, the room in line with our reservation, of course. The rhythm of the stay was facilitated by a full breakfast included. Lots to do and see within the hotel and around, with a helpful and knowing personnel always available, and the historic city of Turku just a short bus ride away. +++

Will definitely stay here again...so relaxing..Finnish families enjoying nature...highly recommended

Beautiful, relaxing place to stay after 100km of cycling the islands. The route from Naantali to Ruissalo was amazing.

The sauna and pools were great along with access to the lagoon for a dip. Very disappointed in the pool hours closing at 9pm. Other issue was our room was very hot and staff had little concern about the issue.

The stay was good. The location is beautiful and the rooms work well - there is new flooring and some newly renovated stuff in the room which gives it a good feeling although you can see that the hotel is overall old. For one night stay it worked out perfectly. If you are looking for a real SPA experience, the title may be a bit overrated - two small pools (too small for laps) and one warm even smaller pool don't invite for a very long stay - the sauna was good tho and swimming in the sea super refreshing! Breakfast was alright.

This was a last minute booking. We arrived after midnight between 1-2am and the hotel check in agent wasn't pleased to see us. He asked , when did we make our reservations? I told that just an hour ago. He said that is impossible, but I insisted that we had a reservation and it has been paid. Sure enough he found it, but somehow he felt the need to make it difficult. Anyway, we were tired and just wanted to sleep. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the ambiance was nice. Would come back if you need to rewind . This time we didn't event check the spa. Just a quick one night stay.

What I like: the view. Incredible.The swimming area, awesome. What I dislike: - AC could have been colder, I came in the summer and sunset sun was shooting right into our room - There should be a fridge in the room - There should be toothbrush and paste in the room - No easy access to the beach for pram/wheelchair

Gym, pools and sauna are terrific. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner buffet was pretty pricy for what you got but you have the option too of ordering off the ala cart menu which I would choose in the future. Probably a fantastic spot in the summer.
