The staff are all helpful and welcoming

Hotel is amazing, it is a short taxi ride away from the old town of dubrovnik but there's still nice restaurants and bars around Gruz. Could not fault the hotel, very clean, staff friendly, breakfast good quality. Faultless

Such a nice hotel with such a nice staff, especially from the woman that greeted us at arrival and the man who was there at take off and helped with food one day. It was overall a nice room, and we very much enjoyed it. The breakfast could definitely be improved, but that was a minor issue to us.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff were very helpful. The room has a digital touchscreen monitor that give all the best choices of what to do in Dubrovnik Croatia.

We chose the hotel based on the amazing reviews at a good price and we were not disappointed. The staff are all so lovely and could not do enough for you. They genuinely cared and made sure they remembered you. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Nice furnished balcony, good toiletry dispensers, tea coffee kettle provided as well as a hairdryer and fridge. Good breakfast with excellent coffee. For us British there is no milk in the room but the staff are very happy to provide some. Bus into Dubrovnik is one road over, local supermarket nearby. Pleasant walk into Dubrovnik in about 30 minutes. Recommended.

Staying at this hotel was a real feast for the senses. Beautiful view from the window, soft bathrobes, delicious food and extremely friendly service made me feel like I was in paradise. This place definitely deserves to be called an exclusive
