Hotel is in a good location near all the museums and a nice 30 min walk into the center. The room wasn’t the cleanest, bottles under the bed from previous guests alongside crumbs on the carpet corners where hoovering had not been done: We pressed clean up before leaving the room each day and found the bedsheets were not changed and had the same stain on for the whole duration of our stay despite it being obvious to cleaning staff the bedding needed changing. If you’re looking to bed out most of the day it’s a nice hotel for Amsterdam and affordable.

This hotel was located 4 minutes walking distances from the best museum and transportation, the area was very cute with lots of food options and things to do. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The bathroom was clean and room although small was comfortable. Only stayed 2 nights.

The location of this hotel was great! Overall it was clean and safe. I do wish the shower was cleaned a bit better on the corners but nothing crazy! I understand it is a bit small. I would recommend staying here.

ROOM WAS DISGUSTING. A serious health concern. There were BUGS crawling on the mattress. Stains on the bedding. Dust, food, and dirt all over the floor. They told us they could not switch the room. We were told not to check out and they would notify us when a better room became available. They never notified us, then told me they checked us out and could not offer any compensation- NO alternate room, or anything. I am severely disappointed, disgusted. and traumatized from this experience. No matter what you do, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel location is quiet and close to Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum and Concertgebouw. The room was clean, and comfortable. Onsite breakfast is convenient and has good food selection. This is a great value for those who don’t require a luxury hotel and instead want to spend their money experiencing Amsterdam.

On the 1st night we were put in a room, well I say room, it was more like a cupboard with 2 beds, nothing else, no bedside tables or lamps no where to put them. Then on the 2nd day we were given a double room which was bigger. No teabags, rubbish coffee pod machine, no biscuits, couldn't make a decent cup of tea. For your UK guests there should ba a kettle, teabags, milk. I would not stay in one of these hotels ever again. Disappointed.

A bit of a find! I made a last minute booking and wanted to stay in the Museum Quarter because of the proximity to the Rijksmuseum and to be in a quieter area. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Even the breakfast scored highly for variety and quality. In terms of customer service I'd like to mention Jorge, who was exemplary. Definitely recommend and will stay again.
