Stayed here with my 5 year old and felt very taken care of, safe and dependable. The included breakfast was great, and all the staff and service was excellent.

We couldn’t have asked for more. The staff made us feel completely at home. The location, amenities, and views were all outstanding. We’d come back in a heartbeat

My stay at the Radisson in Miraflores was exceptional. Claudia Rivera and the rest of the staff always try and make the stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The general area is a big plus as its walkable and safe and generally close to most attractions and business areas. This is also a nice hotel for holiday makers with a nice rooftop bar and pool. I have stayed here on several occasions and will always go back.

The hotel is well placed around top restaurants, convenient access to the park and waterfront. Very walkable area. The property is clean and well-maintained, staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Top quality hotel and staff! Also, restaurant serves top quality meals. Breakfast is great. Safe, beautiful location.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely excellent - nothing was too much trouble- they were a credit to the hotel and the company. They allowed both early and late check-in which made our stay much easier. There was some work going on which caused a bit of noise during the day - but wasn’t a massive problem.

They let me check in 5 hours before the actual check in time.

Great location and amenities

We asked for the sauna to turned on 3times and ended up doing it ourselves. We booked the hotel as it had a rooftop bar and we were not informed until we arrived that it was closed for renovations. We were also given a 10USD credit to use each day which no one told us but was informed by the bar staff a day into our trip.

Could not sleep until 2am thanks to a party on the roof, directly above our room. Chairs got moved around at 8am too.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The location is convenient for exploring Miraflores on foot, though transportation is needed to reach downtown Lima. Fortunately, Uber service to and from the hotel is fast and reliable, which made getting around easy.

Super outstanding from time you arrive. Bellman quickly helped us. Lobby smells so fresh and clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Every question answered with a smile and so helpful. My son was ill. They helped me find a pharmacy open 24 hours and permitted late checkout. Room clean and comfortable and sizable. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Absolutely nothing to fault with this hotel. Location outstanding too. Highly recommend in absolutely every respect .

Nice hotel, very well located. Also a nice and clean room.

The property was good but first impressions were not. On arrival there were three doormen at the front door and all of them just stood and watched my wife carry her suitcase up the stairs as I was paying for the taxi. Would have been nice if at least one of them to offer assistance.
