Hotel really take care of customers. My husband’s birthday was on Sep 18, hotel prepared cake to celebrate which we were not expected!

Room aircon didn’t work well, stayed on ninth floor on this occasion and it was very dated, had previously stayed on another floor and the room was excellent.

Hotel is a good facility. Food in restaurant and service very good for a hotel. Last day I arranged for a Transport to the airport. They said the driver was outside. It was raining I asked for umbrella, they said they did not have any when they had loaned me one the day before ??? They (hotel personnel and the driver outside) played games for over 10 minutes telling me the driver was moving his car into position when it was right outside. The driver outside was calling someone else to pick me up, I have no reason why this was going on and the lies by hotel personnel, this was August 24 at 4am. DO NOT USE THE HOTEL TRANSPORT SYSTEM ! UNRELIABLE AND 3 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A REGULAR TAXI FOR ALL SERVICES. Use UBER, reliable and drivers a better.

Very good

First time in Peru. We arrived at the hotel around midnight and we weren’t sure what to expect. The hotel is very nice , quiet and always felt safe. Breakfast was very good as well.

Lovely hotel in a greato location

This hotel is walking distance to Plaza Kennedy and several great restaurants. Felt very safe as well! Definitely a great spot! Also, walking distance to the beautiful Oceanside
