Very helpful front desk clerk with very good English language skills. Really appreciated our bags being brought up for us after a tiring day of travel.

There is nothing to dislike about staying here. Great facilities and a wide selection for breakfast at the Hotel. Staff very helpful with local information. Buses are nearby and will get you to the Station, Beach and other Historical Sites.

We arrived late and the front desk seemed annoyed. They barely looked up from their computer and didn’t seem to have an interest in answering our questions. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last people left. There was hair in the shower and a thick layer of dust on lamps and fixtures.The mirror in the bathroom also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was basically a piece of cardboard. The front desk the next day was incredibly kind and helpful and even held our luggage for us while we went out for the morning. The location is very central and steps away from shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, it was very dirty.

It was what we needed for a one-night stay. Biggest disappointment was the quality of the coffee served at breakfast. Not up to the Italian standard!

Location was great. Room was very small and challenging with lots of luggage. Bathroom was very small and a little awkward. Staff were very helpful and it was great being close to the mercato , shops and within reasonable walking distance to many mosaic locations.

It's a very basic older hotel. The room was clean. The hotel location was excellent. I would book again because of the location. Front desk staff were very welcoming.

Great location just off main central piazza. Basic level hotel but clean, good mattress and everything needed was provided, good continental breakfast. Great value.

Cute old property great for stay before cruise

We walked from the train station to this hotel, which was about a mile, over cobbled streets surrounded by old buildings and it was very easy to find. It is an older hotel with simple styling and a local, homely feel. We had a little confusion at check in but that was quickly sorted. There are a few steps to lift luggage up to access the elevator to rooms. Fine for us but might prove an issue for less mobile guests. Breakfast was adequate with fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and cakes as well as tea and fresh coffee. The big plus for this hotel is its very central location, you are literally straight on to the old cobbled streets and very close to shops, the piazza del popolo with its clock tower and lots of historic buildings. There are plenty of places to eat within a short walk from the hotel and the staff made recommendations, which we tried and had a lovely meal. We were there for two nights and there was plenty to see and do in Ravenna.

Quaint town. Guided Mosaic tour is a must.

Great hotel and staff. Checkin was a breeze. AC was noisy and didn’t work well. Breakfast was a fantastic option, however, the menu noted meats, which were not offered.

WE LOVED THIS HOTEL SORRY WE DIDN'T GO SOONER ENJOYED RAVENNA . THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND BREAKFAST WAS FRESH AND AMPLE HOPE WE HAVE THE OPORTUNITY TO RETURN SOME DAY SOON

Excellent location, comfortable room. An all-you-can-eat delicious breakfast comes with the room. The man at the front desk could not be more friendly or more helpful. He solved many problems for me.
