The grounds and spa were lovely, but awfully close to the freeway so a little noisy. Rooms were clean but nothing spectacular. The staff were very kind and professional. My friend and I got massages and Holly was fantastic!

Room was clean, nice view of the lagoon. Noise level with the neighbor doors slamming shut was off putting, but was fine once everyone went to bed after 11:00pm.

Nice restaurant onsite. Nice staff and lobby. The refrigerator was broken but was dealt with once I reported it. Price was reasonable.

The staff was helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the views were great.

Building's at property poorly lighter, hard to find right bldgs and parking

Liked the lagoon and fire pits and proximity to the river. The aluminum pane windows were worthless for blocking out the freeway noise.

No we had two rooms for two nights tvs worked when we arrived then appeared to be not working all day Saturday and Sunday. It appeared it was just our two rooms they were to busy to fix it due to an event happening that evening. There was virtually not enough parking near rooms as well.

Only distraction was a low, constant motor noise in our room 246, maybe nearby fan ran all night disturbing my wife’s sleep.

Really super friendly staff and wonderful grounds— great bar and restaurant and right in the gorgeous portion of the river.

Grounds are serene and unexpected, bed was super comfy, Peet’s coffee was excellent in the lobby and at adjacent Woodside Grill (and the breakfast burrito was outstanding!), with easy access to I-5.

I stay here when ever I'm in the area. I'm never disappointed. This is a great place to stay.

Nice rooms, clean and very quiet. Woodside grill on property served good food and eliminated the need to go elsewhere. Staff was very nice. Pool and hot tub in good condition.

Check-in was incredibly easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is absolutely beautiful and clean.
