Room was clean, location excellent and staff were absolutely brilliant

We stayed here for our first anniversary vacation around Italy. Before I go into any other details I just need to take a second to say the front desk staff were super kind and helpful. Jasmine was especially awesome. She helped us with questions about using the trains, laundry services in the area and even getting us a taxi when needed. With that out of the way the room was as expected. Yes the shower is small but it had great water pressure. I am 5'10" and a little on the thick side and was able to use the shower perfectly fine. Oh and it doesn't seem to mention on the listing but there was a mini fridge in our room. Also, a possible money saving tip if the 2 twin room is less expensive the beds can be slid together to make a larger bed for a couple. The hotel also had a great breakfast service with a good variety of food options and was always well stocked. They will make you an espresso or cappuccino to start your day also. Another huge plus is that there is a train station that is only a 6 minute walk from the hotel. It made it super convenient to visit downtown Verona and even Venice. A few things to note before booking though, the elevator is closed from 11pm-7am if you are checking in late or out early you will have to carry your bags down the stairs. The second is partially a cultural thing, it is good to watch some videos on norms of Italian life but the desk staff is unavailable from around 11am-2pm so you will want to wait until your 2pm check in time to show up.

Just a quick stopover for me. Staff helpful and accommodating after my delayed flight and very late arrival. Would recommend for a good night sleep with breakfast.

it was a cozy hotel near airport but not too much facilities. the room was pretty small

Great hotel with decent breakfast included and some lovely views from the room.

There was not very many plugins and the few that were there were loose for connection. Also, there was 3 light bulbs above the bathroom sink mirror, but only 1 worked. The shower was the smallest I've even seen and used. Very tight. Giving credit where due, the breakfast was good with a very good selection of meats, pastries and some vegetables. Also, the lady at the front desk was very good. However, would I recommend this hotel; NO.

Lovely warm and friendly staff.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. Onsite parking and air conditioning make this a good choice for travelers driving to Verona. It's about a 15 minute drive to the city center where reasonably priced underground parking is readily available. My room was spotless, The included breakfast offers eggs, rolls, cheeses, sliced meats, cereal, fruit juices, coffee, tea, and more.

Good value for money, basic hotel. Good for business or those who need to stay to airport early in morning

Excellent location for the airport. Transport links to and from Verona are good during the day but only option getting back late at night (after 20:30) is a taxi which is around 20-25 Euros. Couldn't find any public transport after that time. The hotel is nice and clean, room amenities are perfect, comfortable bed and the staff are very helpful. My son and I arrived a little early but the lady on reception did everything she could for an early check in and also provided some complimentary refreshments whilst we waited. They provide a continental buffet breakfast which was excellent too. Can't fault the hotel at all. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable

The room was clean, air conditioning comfortable. Parking lot free very welcome. Breakfast very good. Overall our stay was good. A particular mention for the receptionist who was very kind and efficient.
