Not much for vegetarian.can be improved. Two lifts were not working. Nice hotel

Really lovely venue. Brilliant location / scenery.

Stayed on the signature lounge for the first time and it was perfect, lovely touches having the lounge area with free Prosecco, and breakfast in the morning on the 6th floor was exceptional

The property is very nice. The only complaint is that only one elevator was working. The hotel needs to be more proactive when all guests depend on it. Never saw anyone trying to fix the other two elevators.

Great stay - really helpful stsff

I would have given it 5 stars but for the lift issues out of 3 lifts only one was working and it was near impossible to get in a lift as overcrowded and huge waits for the single lift

Wonderful stay, fabulous food

Great stay overall! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. Everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was really welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was excellent apart from only having one lift working all week, which often meant waiting 10-15 minutes to traverse the complex

I arrived at the hotel they collected my things before checking in would not have came if I was told all the restaurants were closed

The pool, hot tub and saunas were lovely! All perfect temperatures and open late. Excellent 👌

Very high standard of decor and cleanliness. Staff friendly and genuinely interested in engaging with you and very helpful.

Mentioned the potholes to the concierge who said that he had complained to management multiple times. Everything else was super.

Really enjoyed our stay! The receptionist was amazing, she established we were on our mini-moon and gave us a complimentary upgrade - thank you so much. We would advise that you book the spa session in advance if you’re visiting during school holidays.
