L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est très gentil et la terrasse au 11 étage est magnifique la vue ,par contre l'emplacement je moins aimer car la plage de la Barceloneta est un peu loin.

The room is wide, air conditioning is great, the staff are excellent. The rooftop bar is an add on bonus.

I'd be back here as the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is just perfect for people who like history, the sea, going shopping, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

When we were dropped off at the hotel, the taxi driver told us to watch our belongings which I thought was a little strange. We couldn't check in right away and decided to walk over to the LaRambla area. Felt very uneasy getting there. Got back to hotel and finally went up to desk to see if room was ready and it was. If I hadn't noticed another guest going up, we might be still waiting. No notification by the desk even though they had our email address. Area felt very unsafe and the second night, a homeless camp set up right next to the hotel in the park adjoining the hotel. People yelling, dogs barking, you can imagine we got hardly any sleep. We were grateful to be checking out the second day. Will never return to that hotel. I know the hotel has little to do with what goes on around it, but they never warned us about the area, only the taxi driver did.

Had an issue with the safe no help from the staff as always money was involved. No resolution as yet, We returned to the US June 23.

The hotel was just OK overall; the staff were very friendly. The 360 rooftop deck and view was very nice. The room was clean. We didn't really like the location of the hotel as it was very dirty and smelled in the streets around there. What I personally did not like about this hotel, was the overpowering smell of air freshener when you enter the hotel in the lobby. I suffer terribly from sinus issues and it really bothered me. Also when you walk in the lobby there is cool art hanging overhead....its white. OMG it was so dusty and dirty. Not a good first impression of the hotel. Pool is very small and needed to be cleaned out. We didnt use it. We wouldn't return to this hotel for the negative reasons I have mentioned. However it served our purpose for one night.

Staff did their job nothing more, no customer service. Room was awkward for a family of 3 no privacy room small and third sofa bed very uncomfortable. Very bad neighborhood lots of drug users and prostitution. I would not book here if you are a family.

The staff was super nice , rooms was clean, air conditioning was horrible which made sleeping very difficult. The breakfast buffet is horrible terrible selection, asked for omelette easily the worse I have ever had a dinner was equally terrible. But great location and great staff.

Good location, staff were good, ageing property showing signs, air conditioning didn't work properly, fridge ineffective and daily room cleaning was poor.

The hotel reception areas look impressive when you arrive but on closer inspection they are tired, worn out and uncomfortable. The area of the hotel is close to las ramlas about 5 minute walk but the area itself doesn’t feel safe. It was the night of a football match and we were too scared to leave the hotel as there was a near riot outside that lasted until 5am. Room itself was clean and the views amazing but I wouldn’t stay again.

Great view from the roof top bar . Full fitness center and very nice hotel.

Disappointed we were not able to check in until 3 even though we offered to pay more. This hotel is in a bad area of Barcelona, would have not stayed there knowing this. The room was good, food good, and cool design.

Good hotel in convenient location.

Everything inside the hotel was excellent, good service, nice and professional staff . The only negative aspect we were worried about is the surrounding area of the hotel, which is in our consideration unsafety and not clean enough.

Barcelo Raval Hotel has good service and very hospitable staff. The building is 4-5 stars beautiful like buildings in Vegas style. The vicinity is dominated by Moroccan, Romanian and Middle eastern people. It is trader busy area, constant people on the street. you will be fine as long as you mind your own business. Like anywhere else in the world, there will be a bad spot where shady people hang out and you have to avoid those places mostly at night. I actually witness a group (ethnic) street brawl happened during our stay there. Police are frequently patrolling the area for safety purposes.

Fun Hotel to stay at while visiting Barcelona Great 360 view of the city from the roof top bar. The room was very accommodating with a great view of the city as well. The breakfast was very good also.

We had a great stay, the hotel is clean, located near many tourist destinations, and the staff were very helpful.
