Staff was very friendly, room and property were clean, there’s a ba(obviously a plus) and a 24 hour area to buy drinks and snacks. Overall, had a great experience and would stay there again.

The bathrooms were pretty modern and there was a pool. Also not too loud and close to pretty much all the attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Mission Valley/Hotel Circle ! I visited San Diego for the first time for a week long pre-celebration of my birthday along with two friends. The hotel was conveniently located, very clean and the staff was so friendly ! They even helped my friends with a birthday surprise for me. I felt comfortable, our room was always being refreshed. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Clean, and conducive for vacation. Made San Diego experience awesome because it is close to the beach, zoo, little Italy, and the ocean port.

Our room wasn’t ready upon arrival (way after check in time) and when given our key it led us to a room that was propped open with a utility cart being worked on with what looked like damages, nobody was present to talk to in the room so we went back down to the lobby. They ‘sincerely’ apologized but the second apology just same scripted since they said the same thing when we arrived and had to wait a bit for a room to be ready for us. We get our key to the second room and it’s so dingy.. I couldn’t wait to get out of this place. No central ac, window unit and it was a warm evening… no air circulation in the bathroom. Not clean at all… handprints all over the door that connects to the other room.. we didn’t use the door but I immediately noticed the prints. You could hear the entire conversation next door to you..For this price point we moved the Legacy which was WAY cleaner, quieter and way more accommodating and attentive to detail. Would not recommend this particular Courtyard at all.

The surprise at check-in is a 30.00 a night parking fee to park in there parking lot— To me that’s bull and there is no coffee but in the morning at there own Starbucks at $6.00 a medium cup

The room in the furniture was smelling Furniture had stains on it

I booked two rooms. We only received one key for one room. I had to explain to staff I had paid for TWO rooms. Problem was corrected. It was embarrassing.

Booked a king bed with a sofa bed for 2 adults and 2 kids and sofa bed was normal size fit both of them. We wanted to change rooms because we only had a shower and the next day the receptionist made it so easy for us. Loved the heated pool and the hot tub only thing is that there was dirt in the pool lingering. They also had a rack of pool towels outside for us and plenty of chairs.

The staff at front desk told me honestly that my room wasnt ready snd promise me to wait. And gave me a better room than last time I had one at the same hotel. The only issue to put out is the shower drainage is very low! And creates a flood message on the bathroom floor. I have to request extra towels for the mess. But happily not getting charge for it. This is room 1023. Hopefully it will get fixed for the near future for my next visit again.

Good location. Did not clean room till like 5 pm one day. Room clean though noted a musky ordor when entering room. Not noticable after being in room for several minutes
