This hotel is very convenient near lots of shops, and about 15mins to Norfolk.

The Hotel Staff

Great stay

Overall the stay was good. The shower door leaked and there was mold around the edges. They had to fix the shower head because it was shooting water up and down and all around. They were quick to fix and accommodate what they could. All the staff is very friendly and helps as best they can. The couch had some spots on it that i used a washrag to clean before sitting on it. Could have paid a little better attention when cleaning.

The hotel has good management, and its location is in close proximity to retail stores.

Staff in the evening Chrystal and Jovie are phenomenal caring respectful individuals.
