This hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great!!! The staff were very friendly!!!

Clean, quiet and safe. Beautiful area, only a few miles from downtown.

Wonderful staff. Notice on the pool being down for repairs would have been great to know. I would have stayed at the Marriott renaissance, which is right next-door, but you’re not allowed to use their pool if you’re staying at this hotel didn’t make much sense to me besides that fair place to rest your head

Great stay.

My husband and I with our 2 children stayed here for a second time in recent years to explore the area. We stayed 2 nights. Check in was easy and staff were very polite. Room was clean. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The pool was a bit too cold for us but the kids didn’t mind. The hot tub is out of order unfortunately. Breakfast was a plus with many options. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Great overnight stay. Loved the spacious room and cleanliness as well as all the shopping right nearby.

Very good hotel.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. One of the greatest aspects was how friendly and welcoming and respectful all the staff were to ourselves as customers but also to one another. I believe the staff at this hotel may be the most welcoming I have experienced outside of Disneyland. We'll done. I genuinely felt they were happy we were there and were happy to be there themselves. The customer service at this hotel is a competitive advantage in my opinion. Thank you!

no room cleaning unless you have a 4 day stay...What the heck? also the room phone was not working. Just a bit disappointing. The room was clean upon arrival and was spacious.

It was a very nice place, and a great room. The one thing that was not good at all was the location of the television. It was not across front the beds like normal, or even in the sitting room where the sofa is. It was on a wall between the two areas, where it was difficult for the closest bed to watch, and impossible for the farther bed to see at all. There was plenty of wall space across from the beds.

I loved everything about this hotel.

The beds are really firm so they were hard for me to get a good night's sleep. The hot tub was down and they said they were not going to be getting it fixed. The breakfast was decent

Toilet leaked the furnace vent was broken they decided to switch our room at 10:30 at night I was asleep already.

Rooms were clean

This hotel was perfect! It felt more like a condo than a hotel.
