We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk people were so friendly and very helpful. We were able to check-in slightly early and park my car in the garage while waiting for the room to finish being ready. They had a changing area with shower so you can change and head to the beach while waiting for your room. Nice beverage area too with cold lemon/orange water along with teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Room was wonderful. The only drawback we found was our bed was a little firm (hard). Everything else was just perfect for our stay.

Ocean View ... what's not to love? Had a wonderful little break from my busy life in your lovely hotel. Can't wait to stay over again! Loved my time there

Parking is difficult

Room was comfortable and good location. Close to everything. The Reception staff was OK but didn't go out of their way to be welcoming or helpful.

This hotel is in a great location for ocean front and access to the boardwalk.

For the off season price, this place is a deal. Clean comfortable room, with ocean view. Close to downtown. Would do it again.

Too far to walk anywhere and nothing to offer guests checking in but lemonade. No morning coffee free in the lobby and some nosh. Stunningly disappointing!

Nice view from room, even though not facing the ocean. Got a fairly wide view of the ocean

Had to move to a new hotel at 11:00 PM. Spiders (on the third floor)

The beach was beautiful! The porch area was also nice, a chance to meet and chat with people. The painter was there during our stay, and he was doing a Great job! Kitchenette was good, refridge was cold too. Bathroom was nice and clean. Shower, a/c , the hallway doors and hallways were a little outdated and worn. No smoking available anywhere?Otherwise we had a Great trip and would definitely go back.

Very accommodating staff like Ms Victoria.

Some of the front desk staff were surly and unhelpful. She acted offended that she was asked to deal with a problem.

Fire alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night as I was adjusting A/C unit. Weird smell came from A/C too. But overall pretty decent hotel,service and views.

Drunks in the next room real loud till 3:00 am Won’t be back because of this I was in room 305 Boardwalk Plaza from now on
