This hotel was perfect for us , we sat and read by the fireplace all afternoon . Ate at the restaurant in the evening and next time we plan on using the spa services !

Exactly as the picture. Really great trip.

Nice, spacious, clean room et bathroom. Low water pressure in the shower. Air conditioning / heating is loud with no fan speed controls, I ended up unplugging it. EV charging stations were not operational.

Staff at check in was not very informative. Our room was located in a separate building where we had to go down a level through a tunnel and then up another elevator to access our room. The directions to our room at check in were vague. There was no mention of what the hours for the dining room was or where the pool was located.

Just ok. For the price, the name « château » and the photos provided, I thought it would be way better. I was very underwhelmed. The interior looked old. The hot tubs were nice though with a good view. Would not stay here again.

Lady at front desk made me feel very uncomfortable. She treated my wife and I with anger, we did not seem welcome. Made my wife cry…

Disappointing stay. No help with bags on arrival. Missing towels and robes in room. Only one chair and no table (room for 4 people). Broken pieces-jets in jaccuzis and dangerous entry

But still very good 😉wh I noticed the spa with the indoor pool was not functioning and the water of the pool was a bit strange Breakfast : very good as well; same comment as last time I would expected a bit more fruits, like red berries

As an avid traveler and a frequent weekender hotel spa seeker, I must say both my husband and I were disappointed.The pictures online on Expedia and Booking grossly miss represent the hotel amenities, lobby and feeling of the property . The photo of the large wooden cathedral like structure looked huge and it seemed part of what may look like an entrance or lobby. Far from it, it’s an old corridor to the spa area. There is no lobby to speak of. The place doesn’t have any apeal or charm. It represents old times gone bye! It looks more like a motel the hotel. The resto and bistro were not always open . The spa closed early. I paid over 600$ for 2 nights. I could have gotten the Fairmount Tremblant for 20$ more, with heated swimming pool, fountain, ambiance, people and chill vibe. It was my husband’s bday and we were very disappointed.
