It was great!

Chambre standard un peu trop sombre, il manque de lumière franche et le décor est un peu vieillot. Le savon sent tellement bon, les lits sont confortables, j’ai adoré la piscine extérieure et les spa extérieure ainsi que la terrasse.

- Eau chaude ... pas toujours chaude, grosses variations de température. - Insonorisation à améliorer.

We stayed one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to bring our dog which was a great bonus. The rooms were clean and well appointed. They even left a few treats and a dog bed. We'd definitely return.

Très bel emplacement. Belle expérience. Or, la porte de la douche n’était pas étanche, par conséquent quand on sortait le plancher était très mouillé. Il n’y avait pas d’extracteur d’air dans la salle de bain non plus.

Quelques spas étaient brisés et les chambres sont mal insonorisées. Nous n'avons pas réussi à dormir de toute la nuit, car il y avait un couple avec des enfants dans la chambre voisine et les enfants ont pleuré pendant une grande partie de la nuit. L'hôtel est très beau et offre une magnifique vue. Malheureusement, l'expérience dans la chambre n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes, ce qui a considérablement affecté notre séjour.

Everything was great!

Overall this was a great location for a short stay in the Eastern Townships. Easily accessible from the main highway, close to stores and restaurants (wide variety, from fast food to higher end). Hotel had several hot tubs on the terrace and a lovely outdoor pool for got summer days. Highly recommend this hotel.

Les bains tourbillons étaient beaucoup trop chauds pour nous : 104 degrés! Nous n'avons pas pu les utiliser.
