Staff was friendly....

The hotel was very over priced for the amenities that were billed as luxury. Quality was lacking for item such as towels,Hair dryer, # of hangers

Beautiful, very clean and comfortable room. Dog friendly, decent breakfast (coffee better than most).

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was clean, modern, and felt brand new. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I appreciated the free breakfast each morning, and the location is in a nice part of town — safe and convenient. Highly recommend!

Great stay

The room smelled funky upon arrival. The bathroom smelled worse. There was hair everywhere left from the previous visitors, glasses rings on the counter tops. The sheets wouldn’t even fit the bed. Then, at 4:50 in the morning the fire alarm went off constantly for about 40 min. No one was informed of what was going on. No staff communicated. Everyone was panicking in the hallway. There were dogs barking next door. There was no evacuation but the alarm continued and several people were worried and scared, and right after myself and several other guests left as well. The front desk lady was SUPER nice though. But I guess the manager on staff just left her to deal with it ALONE (after popping in one time) which is crazy and I felt bad for her. Not how any human should be left to deal with an emergency situation.

No family rooms

We traveled to Muncie to enroll my daughter at Ball State. The staff was very professional and kind. The pool was small, but very clean as was the fitness center. I didn't eat breakfast but my wife and daughter said it was good. We will definitely stay again while visiting my daughter at school.

The staff at this location was excellent. However, the smoke alarm malfunctioned multiple times throughout the night so we barely slept. Pretty big waste of $170 in my opinion. I will not be staying at a Hampton inn anymore based off my visit this time and the previous visit that had cockroaches.
