The hotel was very humid. The hot tub didn’t work, but the pool was cold and perfect. I loved the clothesline in the shower, that was super convenient. The bed was hard, so if you like a firmer bed this hotel is perfect for you

This was great. Everyone was so pleasant and kind and helpful. We arrived a little late in the evening and was not familiar with the area and they provided a list of area places to eat. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was awesome.

We loved four king beds and it was wonderfully clean and comfortable:)

I prepaid for my stay on hotels.com. When I arrived they took my charge and charged it $224 and $100 listed as manual entry on my bank app. They also charged $100 deposit that was a tap to pay charge. When I asked the front desk about the additional charges they said they didn’t see those on there end. My bank canceled my card and sent me a new one. The $224 and 1 of the 2 $100 deposit charges have been returned to me but it has been 11 days and I still haven’t received the other $100 deposit charge. I was not given or emailed a receipt after I checked out either. The hotel is clean and the pool area is great but all of the charges to my account with little help from the staff has and continues to be frustrating.

Liked the location near College of Idaho.

Traveling with my 90 year old mom, to watch graduations and sporting events. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful in putting us in a most convenient room.

Comfortable room, friendly staff

Breakfast area was spacious with lots of table. Spacious lobby. They only have one elevator. We were in a suite and fitted nicely for 5 adults and two toddlers.

Got in late and waited for the concierge to show up, which was no more than 10 minutes. She got me into my room quickly. The bed was not made. There is debris on the floor look like somebody had stayed there in the room was not taken care of. I was so tired. I just slept on the other side of the bed. Most likely be looking for a different hotel to stay at if is how you guys are going to treat your patrons.

Not a good value for condition and amenities of hotel. Older, a little run down and amenities lacking. Very limited breakfast hours and overall dingy feel and appearance. Would be good enough if the value was better- but I expected a nicer experience for over $200 a night. i feel slightly ripped off.

Other than they attempted to charge me 1000$ for a small accidental stain on the couch in the room, the stay was fine.

We enjoyed our stay, we also appreciate that we could have our 2 dogs there as well. Something that I think can improve is the lighting. The room that I was in seemed to only have lights on one side of the room and the pool room is a lot to warm. My fiance and I had a hard time staying in there to enjoy the pool and hot tub because the room that they are in felt muggy and way too warm. Other than those two things the hotel was great.

The staff was not helpful. they could not give me a receipt at check out. Offered room service, I said yes, never happened.
