The rooms and property exceeded my expectations. Well maintained and beautifully appointed. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. The property is on the hillside giving gorgeous views. I was nervous about dragging my suitcase up the hill but I was met in the parking area and everything was taken care of for me proactively. They have a lovely bar/restaurant area with a good selection of food and wine. You can't go wrong booking this wonderful property.

George and his fantastic team make for such an amazing holiday. The service is superb and they remember returning guests with a genuine touch. The Blue Moon restaurant which forms part of the hotel serves high quality food incl a made to order breakfast incl fruit, yogurt, honey, eggs etc.

The staff and family who run the hotel go above and beyond for everyone, no detail missed. Nothing is too much trouble and they offer services before you even ask. Spotlessly clean. Food amazing. The hotel and rooms are just stunning. We were worried we might be a little far from restaurants and bars but the local village is just perfection, with a livelier strip within easy walking distance. Wouldn't change a thing.

Beautiful place, lovely welcoming owner and staff. Great pool, bar, restaurant area. Wonderful food. Only downside was the trek up the hill to our room as we were at the very top. Beautiful room but not used much. But then you don’t go on holiday to sit in the room! We will hopefully be back ❤️

Very lovely family managing the hotel and restaurant - would definitely return to this property

In a lively setting in Hersonissos next to lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The food at the hotel was excellent, wonderful breakfast buffet on a hill overlooking the sea!

Such care was taken in the presentation and upkeep of the hotel, it really is beautiful. The setting is so peaceful and really is perfect for a relaxation holiday. The staff could not be friendlier or more lovely and the food and drink is of a high quality.

Beautiful location, amazing huge suite, helpful and friendly staff

I absolutely loved my stay at Creta Blue. I stayed in one of the adult only rooms that had a hot tub on the terrace, overlooking the sea and it was simply magical. The communication and service with hotel staff was easy as can be and everyone was very helpful. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Quiet and relaxing property up on the cliffs about 25 minutes outside of Heraklion. Great place to get away from the noise and traffic of the city. The rooms are some of the most spacious you will find in the area for the price they offer, although not as modern as the pictures show and a few of the sea view balcony rooms may have their view blocked by the building. There is also not a lot of parking, and you will have to walk up the hill to the rooms, so it's not ideal for anyone out of shape or disabled. I would say for the price, it's an excellent choice for anyone looking for a quiet stay, and there are actually multiple amazing restaurants within walking distance in the quaint and beautiful town of Hersonissos. The pool is also well kept and clean, and the staff is highly accommodating.

We stayed here with our 18month old and they made us feel like family. Nothing was to much trouble. The village was a 5minute walk away with wonderful restaurants and cute shops. We stayed here and on the beach, for an authentic stay in Crete, little could beat this.
