Friendly staff Ample parking Jacuzzi tub needed a good scrubbing but was relaxing

My stay at the Super 8 was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was great. Also, it was nice to have access to a pool. Overall the staff was very courteous and helpful.

The people make the difference. And the better price helps too. We saved over $700 over their competitors. The staff was great and very helpful. The amenities were just as promised. But... Any concerns, even minor ones were addressed immediately. The staff greeted us and offered help everywhere we went. Hands down, that wins the day. The existing carpet, flooring and decor` were a bit dated, but we were not staying based on looks alone. We never did figure out how to set the clock in our room, nor how to get bread toasted correctly (strange toaster) at breakfast. Aside from the little stuff like that, we would like to stay here again next time we visit Peterborough.

The bathtub in our room tap was broken. You either had to have a burning hot water shower or a frigid cold which I did. My husband is a plumber and he couldn’t fix it for me, room 108. Don’t let anyone use the room until it’s fixed.

Overall, I had a good stay. The property was clean and well maintained, and the parking area was spacious and convenient. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to find everything you need. While the hotel wasn't perfect and there are a few small areas that could be improved, the overall experience was positive. I would consider staying here again.

Pool area needs some attention, hallway carpets 1&3 floor that I seen need attention, Breakfast and staff were ok . Been going there for yrs, so I lnow the place !

Helpful friendly staff. Location.

The property is okay for a night or two. It's tired, looking old and needs an overhaul. The staff don't seem motivated and aren't recommended.

Movie channels would have been helpful.

After booking the honeymoon suite my wife and I were later informed we could only do a 3pm check in for a hotel we would not be at until about 4am the next day. When asked if we could change the checkin/checkout date we were told no and that there was no way we could get a late checkout. They weren't fully booked but we're happy to take my $ with no refund due to it being 15min past cancelation

Great parking just doors away from restaurant. Great breakfast. Nice view from our windows.

Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The hotel itself needs an update, but it is fine for the price.
