The hotel is okay. Pricy for the amenities and quality of stay. No AC, breakfast was pretty limited - basics were available but nothing to rave about for the price. The value for price seemed pretty low. It is in a convenient location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We would stay again, but not when the weather is at all warm. There is no air conditioning, which made a stay on the top floor very uncomfortable at night. There was a tabletop fan in the room, but it made a lot of noise.

Great central location with fun restaurant and bar. Excellent spa to warm up and chill out after busy days exploring this lovely town and surroundings.

I am touring by bicycle, this hotel really caters to cyclists!

The size of the room, the balcony, mountain view and the thoughtfulness of the management, left a fresh apple in the room every day.

A great hotel right in town. Large, comfortable and clean rooms. Good restaurant and bar on site with a very good breakfast buffet. I highly recommend the Krone.

If you like biking this is the location to be at. They are very well organized for that. We expect something completely different but overall was a good stay. A bit overpriced for what it is.

Location is great. Lack of ironing board is not great on a business trip. Towels removed, but not replaced - slight oversight by the staff. Carpet in room was a little manky around the edges. All that said, I will still be back.

Basic room with basic functionality

The hotel was great. The staff not so much - especially the manager (I think!). They were shutting for two weeks after we left and it felt like they were looking forward to the break

The location, just steps from the historic center, is perfect. The room was large, quiet, and clean. The bed was the most comfortable of our 3 week trip. The breakfast staff is friendly and efficient and the buffet is extensive and includes both hot and cold choices. The stay included a Brixen card providing free entry to several museums. We would absolutely stay again.

Very young but helpful staff, great location, good condition,spacious and clean room with his and hers sink in a massive bathroom! Decent breakfast and happy hour ,good facilities (sauna included!) Unexpected perk was the free brixen card. Will definitely recommend staying there.

the hotel is located in the heart of the old city, everything is walking distance. we were there with kids and everyone were so friendly. its beautifully designed.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Food was very good. Centrally located in a great town to explore. Easy to find from the Train Station by foot. Nice Wellness Center with Saunas. Would go back again anytime. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean.
