District was for our family event and the hotel was located in a very good place for us. There were restaurants nearby. The place was clean, although just a tad bit muggy the staff gave great service.

My stay was great. I have no complaints.

Holiday Inn express hotels never disappoint. I can always rely on a clean hospitable stay at every location I’ve ever been to.

This was a good hotel, the only problem we had was that we got directed to a room that was being used, and when we went in there, somebody else’s items were in there. After a couple of trips to the front desk, they worked it out and everything went well. After that this was the most friendly hotel. We have been in in a while Where the front desk staff was knowledgeable about how to correct things.

This hotel was perfect! The price was right, it was clean, the people were helpful and friendly and the room extremely comfortable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the room was spotless! Unfortunately, it was very noisy. There were guests on the floor above and n the hallway that were running around- literally- until well past midnight. Otherwise, a great stay.

Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express New Iberia! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast had great options. However, the elevator stayed dirty for two days with spills, which was disappointing. Convenient location near Avery Island. Would definitely stay again but hope housekeeping improves in common areas.
