Super Hotel, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Internet ist allerdings nicht besonders. Außerdem, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, die Strandbar Xcaanda gegenüber feiert mit sehr lauter Musik bis 3 Uhr morgens. Für eine Familie mit Kindern sehr ärgerlich.

Location was excellent but the amazing service is what made this place so outstanding. Was greeted warmly and the young lady at reception was so quick to assist with a smile. She gave us instructions and guidance immediately and answered all our questions with no hesitation. This review is in comparison to all the other mediocre experiences I had during my stay in many hotels during my trip in the Oaxacan coast.

Buena ubicación. El hotel está bastante bien cuidado desde el exterior. Las habitaciones son razonables.

La habitación tenía un olor muy raro. Habia mucho ruido desde temprano por la construcción.

I’m pleased with the property facility and convenience location to the beach. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with facilities requirements. The only bad thing regarding this hotel is very loud at night as it’s right on the club and bar area of Zicatela Beach.

Very nice staffs, very clean, building a new pool. Excellent for surfing people. But taking taxis you can visit very nice beaches.

Me gustaría compartir algunos puntos para mejorar, las cortinas estaban rotas y no cubrían totalmente la ventana, eso ocasiona mayor temperatura dentro del cuarto. E el baño no hay luz en la regadera. Sería muy adecuado que tuviese un pequeño refrigerador la habitación para tener bebidas frescas.

Is a very convenient hotel , but elevator wasn’t working, no more pillows for my wife towels look to old TV to small

The cost doesn’t match the rooms. Not sufficient pillows, or a cover. Missing a towel and no toiletries.

The towels were very old. I would not stay here again and the water was cold.

Liked the overall hotel from the cleanliness to the parking. Very safe and secure place with lots of options around. Could use a fridge bit other than that all good.

Basic rooms but did have a lovely pool.
