Great location

We stayed for 7 nights as a family (two parents and a 12.5-year-old daughter ) and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is perfect – right next to a metro station and just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and main attractions, yet very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was rich, varied, and luxurious, served in an elegant yet cozy setting. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding – everyone was courteous and efficient. Although we initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, the hotel’s Customer Service Manager, Izabela, handled the situation impressively. She ensured we had a temporary room immediately and later moved us to a spacious corner room similar to our original booking. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with thoughtful gestures and excellent service. Overall, we left extremely satisfied and would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!

Great central hotel

Excellent location and nice facility. King size bed room was reserved but not given at check in, so had to change rooms. Room was consistently very hot which resulted in lack of sleep. Asked front desk but no one was sent to help. Shower head position seemed uncomfortable. Also no help was sent for that.

Lovely hotel, our third visit in a few months. Good staff, nice rooms, and excellent bar area. Very close to metro station and a few minutes walk to main shopping area, Hofburg and St Stephen’s. Likely to be only hotel we’d use in Vienna

The property was centrally located walking distance from shopping and restaurants. So clean and comfortable.

The service was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar provided good food and was always available.

We loved our stay here. The property is located perfectly in the Inner Stadt. Easy access by walking or public transportation. The staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful with directions, making reservations, anything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the breakfasts. The breakfast choices were amazing. Book here. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in Vienna and the experience was simply perfect. The hotel was impeccably clean, every corner shining. The staff was friendly and attentive, always available to help and answer any questions or requests. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious foods that provided a perfect start to the day. The location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city, added significant convenience to our stay, with all the main attractions within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in central Vienna.

The location is perfect !! Hotel is beautiful , location very very convenient, very good place it’s a good location to walk around there! The staff are so kind and prompt Restaurant has Great wines and good cheese selection to go with ! Breakfast was Amazing, coffees , pastries , fruits , cold cuts , bread , natural juices it tasted all excellent! 🎵🎵

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the frew complementary drinks and buffet breakfast.
