Our stay was good…my major complaint is communicating with the facility after our departure. We left an item at the facility and attempted to call the number on the invoice to speak to the front desk…this was a complete mess, after multiple calls that connected me to reservations they were unable to connect me with the front desk and my issue was never resolved. Completely unacceptable!

Pool was not available.

The rooms were way bigger than we expected! Lots of room! Wonderful stay!!

Staff was very friendly and offered great advice on dining before a show downtown. Hotel and room was very clean and the breakfast was tasty!

Good stay

This hotel was convenient, clean and close to shopping and food. The staff was great and we enjoyed our stay.

In spite of construction, it was very quiet. They had coffee in the lobby 24/7 (very much appreciated by people traveling!). The staff was helpful with local directions and recommendations for eating out. We enjoyed our stayed a great deal!

Very comfortable stay

IRonda, Shyanne, and Jonathan rock! They made our stay by being so sweet, accommodating our extra requests, and making my kids laugh. We were here for being stranded after a minor accident and they made a bad situation a lot bettter.

The room I was given smells like cat pee.
