We did enjoy our stay, we did miss the breakfast, but i was able to swim, the shower was great and clean, the bed made up nice and cozy, no issues with our stay

Our favorite motels this year because of the most comfortable beds and pillows, good hot basic breakfasts, great hot coffee 24/7 and easy check ins/outs. And they dont allow pets so the rooms and elevators dont smell like a filthy veterinary office! Thank you so much for that, I have allergies.

The check in was great. Excellent service. But the person that checked me out wasn’t at the desk and I had to wait 10 minutes for her to return to the desk to check me out very annoying.

There was a noxious odor in my room. I woke several times because of the smell. They allow staff and guests to smoke at the entrance and drop their cigarette butts there. They were roofing at the time and did not notify guests of this. I’m glad I had not planned to sleep in.

Traveling on business and discovered, 23.5 hours prior to check in, I incorrectly booked the wrong night. Immediately called hotels.com and the Holiday Inn property. The property refused to cancel my reservation so I could rebook for the correct night at another Holiday Inn express closer to my business meeting. I stayed at a different chain, and am out the approximate $ 188. I realize many hotel properties are owned by franchisees. IHG needs to do a much better job in who they pick to represent the face of their company. Will never stay at an IHG property again.

The Holiday inn canceled our reservation. We were on a trip to Western NC for our sons marching band competition. Which was just hit by the hurricane. We had so much unsurety due to hurricane we did pay later. Which we did before through Expedia. We paid when we arrived at hotel, with no problem. Well the Hilton did not wait for us to arrive at hotel and canceled our reservation. We arrived at hotel approximately 6pm the day of reservation.With no reservation no rooms anywhere and we had our daughter with us. We will never reserve at Holiday Inn again. Never experienced this before. I can see if we arrived at midnight. We had to go 40 minutes away to the SPARK Hilton which was fabulous. Thank you Hilton.

We drove up from Florida to escape huricane Milton. The staff at this Holiday Inn was very accomodating. Jasmine at the front desk was wonderful. She let us check in early. Also, when we found out that our power was restored in our home, Jasmine arranged for us to check out 2 days earlier without incurring extra cost. Big cudos to Jasmine.
