The Uber driver left us a short distance from the hotel because the street is so narrow. Very cool though. The hotel is beautiful and the room is lovely. We just checked in and we are on the roof with a magnificent view of the cathedral with a glass of wine. Ahhh, this is cool.

I didnt like that i wasnt able to get an early check in...when u fly 8 hours and arrive early morning you're tired and hot feom 37 degree weather....and being told to go shop or go eat and come back later was disappointing...no one wants to shop and eat tired and hot and trying to orient yourself in a new city. Location was amazing once i was able to sleep.

The staff was friendly, the location is great, but the AC was not working well in our room, so it was pretty miserable. They wouldn’t move our room and couldn’t fix it.

The hotel was a disappointment, excerpt for the front desk I would not recommend this hotel. The room had a very bad design and the hotel has a very bad industry design style.

Everything was good just I think the odor need to be more neutral. If will stay again it will be a yes!!!! Great location and employees very nice.

This hotel is centrally located next to Plaza Mayor, where there are many dining and shopping options. Walking distance to the Royal Palace and other historical sites. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable bedding. Bathrooms have good showers. Staff were helpful and courteous. There was a bit of noise coming from the streets due to its central location. But overall we had a great stay!

We had a pleasant stay and the staff is great. I wish the bathroom was a bit more private.
