Beautiful clean hotel, in a wonderful position overlooking Agia Palagia and the east coast of Kythira. The rooms are very well laid out and equipped, and we had, without doubt, the most comfortable bed in our 41 years of visiting Greece. Add to this the sumptuous breakfast buffet and the friendly and helpful staff and management, and you have a top hotel which will provide anyone with a wonderful experience. We cannot recommend this Kythirian delight high enough.

The Kythea Resort was a wonderful hotel to stay at and the hotel staff made this especially true. The room was clean and a minor issue we had with the flush tank was resolved quickly. A special thank-you to Dimitra for this! The property overall is well maintained and located away from the busy parts of the town allowing for privacy and good views. The breakfast was scrumptious and the staff proactively ensured all guests had a good experience. Anna in particular suggested several places to visit and recommended a quaint restaurant named "Taverna Platanos", in Milopotamos, which is worth a visit. Athena who was at the reception desk in the mornings was also really helpful and recommended we visit the Karavas bakery, a definite must-do when you're in Kithira! Due to its location, the hotel was a good base for excursions to the northern parts of the island. With a car, visiting all parts of the island, including southern areas like Chora and Avlemonas is an option. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kithira!

I have been to Greece over 100 times; have spent a quarter of my life there; this was one of the most pleasant stays I have ever had. The staff are amazing. Beyond helpful and I’d put them up to any staff at any other resort in the world. It should def be the only place you consider staying on the island.

Lovely pool and view from the hotel was beautiful! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms weren’t quite as nice as I would have hoped for a 4 star hotel, the sheets were rough and not comfortable. But I appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff was.

Staff was very nice, pool was good. Bed confortable and towels good, furniture quite « tired « . Breakfast could definitely be improved, starting with better coffee and ripe fruits (they were often inedible - what a waste).

The hotel took our reservation but when we got there they told us they were not actually "open" yet. No breakfast buffet, though they did provide some breakfast if ordered the night before. No restaurant, pool. We were the only couple in the hotel. Hotels.com should not have listed the room

Ένα επιπλέον αστέρι στη Σταυρούλα από τη ρεσεψιόν που με το χαμόγελο, την ευγένεια και τις συμβουλές της εκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Συνολικά, το ξενοδοχείο διαφημίζει το τουριστικό προϊόν και συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα για διαμονη σε οικογένειες
