Location is nice and convenient to highway. Rooms outdated and we had issues with cleanliness of our room. It was nice they offered snacks/beverages in evening and had nice morning buffet with good selection.

All in all, it's pretty nice. The beds are pretty hard, but I'm sure it's not easy to have beds for everyones preference. My biggest issue, was the lack of a smart TV. I thought for sure I wouldnt have any issues. For that matter, it's hard to find a non smart TV now a days. Yet both tvs in my suite weren't smart. Other than those two minor things, everything was stellar. The room, the service... It was great.

It was quiet, spacious, and met all of our needs.

We w stayed here many times en route to the beach. And it’s always great for what we need. But this time we had to move rooms because the pullout couch smelled like urine. And when we moved to the new room, two of the pillows had blood on them. So maybe work on housekeeping. Both were handled immediately by the front desk.

Clean, good customer service

I loved my stay, the staff always greeted you with a smilr. They handled all requests quickly. The rooms were very clean. Nice pillows. The morning breakfast was great but the evening social was wven better. I enjoyed it so much i booked again for next week. Thank you.

My trip to see my aunt who is 86 years old and not doing well. The comfort of the room was comforting

1st wasn't even serviced had to go back to the desk and start over. Upgraded for the inconvenience how ever the chairs and couch were stained and gross. Ended up covering them with the extra blankets in the room. Staff was helpful but only so much you can do with what you have. Expected more for the price. Will not choose Hilton properties again.

Great, excellent stay!

We stayed here instead of in downtown Mobile after being unimpressed with the downtown area on a previous stay (not a good area for kids). It is easy access to the city but also with a large shopping center, multiple restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance from the hotel. The availability of a one-bedroom suite, free breakfast, cleanliness, and abundant parking was great. We will likely come back to this hotel for future Mobile visits.

Everything was good except the temperature of the water in the shower could not be regulated properly. It was either hot or cold. There was no in between. Other than that it was a great stay!

Daniel checked us in, he was very friendly and helpful. All staff was amazing. Rooms were comfy, clean and very roomy.

A good breakfast staff was friendly. There was nothing I did not like.

It took several trips to the front desk to get a key that would open our door so we spent a bit of time standing in the hall with all our things and dog waiting for the staff to figure out the keys.
