Beautiful and elegant. Only criticism was room heat which was at 26 degrees. Raised at reception but nothing done so in middle of December had to leave window open.

Great location in the heart of the city and within a very short walking distance to everything you need like restaurants and sites you want to see.

Room provided was tired and musty. Front desk was going to change our room but reversed course in the middle of the discussion. We were traveling with friends who had a better room. Front desk manager was not helpful. Courtyard is nice and location is reasonable for walking to various sites.

We spent 4 days in Prague after coming from Budapest and Vienna. By far, this was the loveliest hotel we stayed in. It is incredibly beautiful, comfortable, walking distance to everything and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, offering an abundance of ideas on things to do and see. The room was very large with a beautiful balcony. Bilel, the doorman, greeted you with a big smile every morning and was a joy to talk to. The ambiance here is so lovely; piano music in the lounge area and a gorgeous outdoor patio to enjoy a beverage or bite to eat. We didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant, however, other guests stated the food was excellent! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

This hotel was beautiful. We loved the heated bathroom floors that was an amazing surprise. Food was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful. The staff went out of their way for us. The concierge Olga was the best! Bilel the doorman was wonderful too! Highly recommend this place

this is not by any means a 5 star property. more like 3 star. quality of decor etc. bathroom had one thin bath towel for two people - not a bath sheet. one tiny old -school bar of soap in the entire bathroom/shower area. peacock excrement on the terrace outside our window not cleaned in 24 hours. disappointing. joe mckenna

Very pleasant stay, breakfast and evening restaurant were excellent. Staff very efficient.

The hotel has a nice location and a kind staff although the rooms weren't ready till 3 pm which was a bit of an issue since I arrived there at 11am
