great breakfast options, clean rooms and modern.

The room was clean and full of useful surprises (heated bathroom floor, clever nightlight, automatic blinds, etc.) and breakfast was fantastic with many food options that the staff kept fresh and stocked all the way up until closing time.

Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean.

Room was great! Breakfast was the best we have had ..many options. Automated room darkening shades were terrific! Only complaint was the wifi was very spotty and no extra toilet paper in bathroom.

Staff were okay, the hotel is very clean, and breakfast was great!!! All fresh foods!! I wish parking was a bit cheaper though. I would definitely recommend

Check Inn was a mess, their was a new guy who had given our room to someone else, then it took over 30 min to check inn. The room was dirty, with dust balls flying in washroom, I was promised that it will be cleaned the next day and other rooms are unavailable. Informed the reception staff the next morning before going out, they assured it will be resolved. I cam back in evening, asked the reception - they said that they don't see any request in system of cleaning but the room is cleaned, i get back and the same problem and the same excuse, dont have any other rooms!!!

Very clean hotel. Amazing breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. The spa was inexpensive. I tried the Thai hot oil massage, amazing! Convenient location just a short walk to the main tram. Language was a minor barrier but we made it work.I very much recommend this hotel.

Stayed four nights. The hotel is in good condition, but the sauna wasn’t working and there was a time without water, so we had to find another place. On the bright side, housekeeping and breakfast staff were superb and very attentive

Good breakfast with a wide choice of both hot and cold. Room very comfortable. Location was quiet and although not central had an excellent public transport service, trams every few minutes with connections to all parts of Prague. About 20-30 minutes to centre.

It was great , room was a bit small .

Breakfast in particular is amazing, great hotel facilities, distance is great for the airport (~ 15 min taxi) and the city ( ~ 20 minute tram). Room was decently sized and modern - would stay again!

Awesome experience. Everything was good from cleanliness to service. Nice helpful staff. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. The environment was peaceful. Excellent place to get some real rest. Will definitely come again.

When I checked in, I asked the front desk if I could receive a receipt upon check-out, and they confirmed it. I also double-checked the day before my check-out. However, on the day of my departure, the front desk said they couldn’t issue one. We sent you an email that same day, but received no response the next day. When I called to follow up, the front desk told me they would not provide a receipt.

The property was good over all just too far from the city and no dining areas around

I requested for a quiet room but I was given a room where a pet was staying beside my room. The dog was barking the whole night and morning and the staff did not do anything about it. The staff were not at all helpful
