Great base for a one night stay between train into/from Porta Susa station. Not at all fancy, but a good comfortable bed for the night, decent shower and absolutely fine varied breakfast included in our room rate. Very helpful to have bags stored for us at the hotel the day we were leaving, so that we could explore fascinating Turin until our lunchtime train. Our second visit to this hotel.

A little old, but it was gold indeed. Very friendly staff, big room, delicious breakfast, great location, clean washroom,... Not the best, but definitely it's a 5-star (especially considering the price)

Opted for the non superior room so my kfast was 7 til 10.30 so I was able to grab a mug from breakfast area and take back to room before taking them back down for breakfast. 2 coffee machines, a selection of teas and scrambled eggs, bacon fault I’d not realised no coffee making facilities. BreaChoose this hotel due to location as was arriving after 20:00 and majority of our options were charging more for late check in or were access via lock box or meet so reception was a bonus. Overall it is a nice hotel, very friendly staff, clean room but bathroom is very very small and toilet is behind sink so plan to sit to go to bathroom and b very confined

Clean and close to transportation

In easy reach of the Metro line, the staff were friendly and helped with our enquiries. There is a 24 hour bar next door which accommodates all from good coffee to a bite to eat.

Plain vanilla average hotel. Extremely minimal inside and noisy. I might have paid a high price due to booking 2 days before but the price/value ratio was low. The area is nice, safe and central. Other than that, not many pros.

The hotel is in a great location for transport links to the airport & it’s very direct to walk into central Turin. The staff were lovely, particularly the reception staff who seemed to realise that I was a little nervous about going out to dinner on my own the first night before I knew the area & they gave me recommendations for restaurants that were close & gave me a lovely welcome when I arrived back- much appreciated x I stayed in the single room & I know I’m a very light sleeper but the walls seemed paper thin - I could hear the guy next door yawning!!! So rather noisy for me but maybe the other rooms are better. I’d recommend this hotel for location & friendliness of the staff .

Welcoming staff

It was an excellent room and the hotel was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Reception staff are great. Really nice and friendly - speak a load of languages. Rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable. Second time staying at this hotel - on way from Paris to holiday in Tuscany. Location close to Porta Susa perfect for us. Loads of good places to eat (some great places to eat - check out Raffaleo, Via Piave 5/M, angolo via del Carmine, 10122, Torino) and drink within short walk.

The room was nice though a bit too noisy for my taste (tramway's noise) The only complain I have is related to the quality of the mattress. In my opinion the hotel should invest in a thicker more comfortable mattress.
